Park Lane Boutique Aparthotel (Qawra, Malta)

Rooms are well equipped, recently refurbished, very comfortable and spacious. The furniture is tasteful and blends in with the overall theme of the hotel. The bathrooms are nice and clean and the showers are powerful. The kitchenettes are well equipped and spacious thus making self-catering an enjoyable experience.

The staff are very helpful and professional. The reception staff are especially courteous and handle the checking-in and checking-out process efficiently and quickly. The hotel’s personnel are ready and willing to help you with any complaints or concerns guests might raise.

The hotel is located close to various amenities like shops, cafes, bars and is just a few minute walk from the nearest bus station providing easy access to public transportation. It is close to the sandy beaches in Malta offering visitors a pleasant experience.

A number of guests found the elevator to be extremely slow in ascending and descending. It was also rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was especially problematic if multiple guests were waiting to be taken to their respective floors.

Some guests were put off by the very little hot water that was available. During the hotel’s peak activity hours, such as in the early morning, hot water ran out very quickly and guests in rooms with more than one occupant could not take more than one shower at a time.

Though the wireless internet strength is generally strong in the hotel, a few guests were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi signal was not available in their rooms.
