Hotel American Executive Inn Mesa (Mesa, USA)

The American Executive Inn located in Mesa caters to both guests traveling on leisure and corporate travelers as it is close to the state university and corporate offices as well as to downtown and the casino. Corporate travelers find it convenient that places like the Arizona State University, Alliant Techsystems and Intel Headquarters are in the same area. Guests on a holiday enjoy visiting places like the Casino Arizona besides finding many dining and entertainment options all around the hotel. The Sycamore light rail station is a block away.

The guest rooms are comfortably furnished to ensure a relaxing stay for guests. A queen bed is featured along with facilities of satellite TV, refrigerator and microwave in all the rooms. Local calls made are not charged. Upgraded suites have additional facilities of kitchenettes and Jacuzzi.

The hotel has an outdoor pool which guests find soothing after a day's tour in the sun. A cookout at night can be organized at the picnic area equipped with barbeque facilities. The hotel has free parking facilities and Wi-Fi is also complimentary throughout the hotel.

The beds and carpets in the rooms need to be replaced as they are uncomfortable and worn out. Sheets are dirty with stains on them. Rooms do not have drawers too.

The bathrooms are smelly and cramped. There is no plug outlet available. Towels provided are scanty and no extra facilities like hair dryer and toiletries are provided. Shower stall is small and no shelf is provided to place toiletries.

Staff at the front desk are rude and do not respond to queries and complaints. Procedures like Check-in and Check-out are not carried out smoothly by them, which guests find annoyingly inefficient. The hotel is not value for money paid as basic amenities like an exercise room and facility of breakfast are not present.
