The Elizabeth South mall is 20 metres away and offers guests a quick walk for entertainment. With public transportation just a few doors down, it is easy to get to other attractions in Adelaide as well. Guests stated that the hotel was perfect as a base of operations for exploring the area.

Guests were pleased with the additional services they were offered as a result of staying at the hotel, including special treatment at the hotel's bistro/bar, and discounts on local tours. The indoor play area for children was especially praised for its safety features and cleanliness.

Guests expressed their disappointment with the worn nature of the furnishings and carpets. While things were generally very clean, the overall impression of the room was that of one that had seen better days and was threadbare. Those staying on the upper floors were particularly dismayed at the state of their rooms.

If you love music then you'll love this hotel because guests report that the music doesn't stop until nearly 2:30am most mornings. The music comes from the bar downstairs, so if travelling with young children, this might not be the ideal place.
