Die Lage des Hotels im Örtchen Can Pastilla könnte nicht besser sein. Der Strand sowie der Hafen liegen nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. An der Strandpromenade finden sich etliche Restaurants, Bars sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Flughafen von Palma de Mallorca ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Besonders gut kommt bei den Gästen das allmorgendlich servierte Frühstücksbuffet an. Angeboten wird alles, was das Frühstücksherz begehrt - von Wurst, Käse, Eier über Kuchen, Müsli, Marmelade bis hin zu Joghurt und Obst. Es gibt sogar drei Kaffeemaschinen, an denen man sich bedienen kann.
Das schon etwas ältere Hotel hat einige Modernisierungsmaßnahmen ergriffen, um die Ausstattung wieder auf einen zeitgemäßen Stand zu bringen. Besonders überzeugend ist dabei die Dachterrasse mit Pool. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch das Bad sind schön geräumig. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall ein bisschen mehr Geld für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick in die Hand zu nehmen.
Aus Sicht der Gäste ist es unverständlich, wieso das Frühstück in einem düsteren Raum ohne Tageslicht serviert wird, anstatt im hellen Restaurant mit Außenterrasse. Der Atmosphäre beim Frühstück würde dies sicherlich gut tun.
Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze. Einen Stellplatz in Hotelnähe zu finden, gestaltet sich aufgrund der Lage am Strand als nicht ganz einfach. Einige Gäste berichten daher von einer nicht enden wollenden Parkplatzsuche.
Das Hotel wirbt zwar mit kostenfreiem WLAN, jedoch ist dieses in manchen Bereichen des Hotels nicht wirklich nutzbar. Der einzige Ort, an dem es verlässlich funktioniert, ist in der Hotellobby.
