The side of the building with sea views also faces due west. Guests mention that others really should try to secure one of these rooms since the sunsets over the ocean were described as incredibly beautiful, and well worth paying a bit extra per day.
A couple of guests pointed out that there was a very convenient bus stop just a few steps away where one could catch a direct bus in to Palma. Those without cars, especially, found this incredibly useful since they could get about without having to take taxis everywhere.
Though they didn't rave about them non-stop, a large numbers of guests felt the staff did a very good job, and were very kind and helpful when they sought assistance from them.
It was pretty much impossible to find a good word written about the Wi-Fi. On the contrary many guests criticised it for not being available in the rooms, and even when they went to reception to use it the connection would be so poor it was more frustrating than having no connection at all.
A great as the views from the sea facing rooms were, the views from rooms facing the other direction were said to be exceptionally bad. So bad it would be best to simply leave the curtains closed.
For reasons no guest could really work out, it seems that the kitchens are not ordinarily equipped with an electric kettle. Since there was no stove top kettle either it left them in the position of having to boil water for tea in a regular pot, something that was both awkward and potentially dangerous.
