Despite being near downtown Eugene and close to a major university, the hotel remains quiet according to guests who add there were no distracting noises during the night.

Visitors point out that the rooms are solid, but unspectacular. This was not necessarily bad thing for guests. There are not a lot of frills, but the beds and room amenities are enough to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

The hotel's location allows guests easy access to the two major attractions in Eugene; the downtown area and the University of Oregon. Guests say the location makes it easy to get to where they need to be quickly.

Taking a shower at the hotel can be a troublesome experience. Guests say that both the hot water and shower pressure in the hotel's bathroom were hit and miss. Sometimes the water would not be hot and the water pressure could also be lacking.

Guests note that the rooms do not have a coffee maker which was disappointing. The hotel's complimentary breakfast does serve coffee, but if you are looking for some once breakfast is over, you will be out of luck.

The room that hosts the hotel's complimentary breakfast doesn't offer a lot of space for you. Visitors say there was a lack of seating and the counter with the food couldn't host many people at one time. You can take your breakfast back to your room if you don't get a spot at a table.
