The property is located really close to the beach and it's a pleasant stroll along the promenade to the Pier. Also, the hotel isn't far from the middle of Brighton, where you will find all of the amenities you need. Pleasingly, despite its proximity to the centre of the city, the building is still far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
The breakfast buffet has a decent choice of items, all of which are nicely tasty and will set you up well for the day ahead.
Some of the rooms at Marine View are situated up a lot of stairs. It's not the most fun, trying to get up them all if you are travelling with lots of baggage.
As is the case throughout the city, parking is a bit of a problem at this property. There is no car park so you will have to find an alternative spot, either on the street or in a local car park, either of which will cost you money.
Some of the guestrooms are rather on the small side. There's not much space to spread yourself out.
