The hotel's employees are very welcoming and kind to their guests. They have jovial nature which creates a friendly atmosphere where guests do not hesitate to make their complaints and needs known. All matters are handled speedily and with great efficiency.

The hotel is located about a mile from Walt Disney World where guests can explore its wonderful surroundings. There are also restaurants, bars and various other attractions within reach.

A number of guests were dissatisfied by the slow Wi-Fi reception. This was for the most part evident at night when the number of users increases. Some guests had to go to the lobby in order to access the internet.
