LivINN Hotel St Paul East / Maplewood (Maplewood, USA)

The hotel is located just 15 minutes away from Excel Center off I94 and gives a great view of Tanners Lake right from the room. Guests were happy with all the basic amenities provided by the hotel at affordable prices. They liked the breakfast spread and safe, quiet ambience in the hotel.

Most of the guests loved the warm and congenial behavior of the staff who gave the best of the services from housekeeping to front office. Rooms had a clean and comfortable bed that ensured a good night's rest for guests. Pillowtop mattress was very helpful for guests with back problems.

Even though the rooms were found to be small by a few guests, they were clean and well kept. All the electricals from the flat screen TV to microwave were in good working conditions. Soaps and shampoos kept in the bathroom were of good quality.

Most of the guests had a huge concern with a shared road and parking lot with an abandoned building and a nearby restaurant. There were many people smoking around so the area smelled heavily of smoke. The loud noise of honking and huge trucks passing by throughout the night was not appreciated by guests.

In spite of the fact that the rooms were clean, bathrooms were in a deplorable condition with dirty toilets and musty smell. It had mildew on the floor and bottom of the toilet.

Few guests had very bad experience with the online customer service while booking the rooms. Guests did not get the rooms that they had actually booked online.
