It was rare to read a guest review that did not compliment the hotel's staff in some way. Almost all guests found them to be very friendly and helpful, and it seemed that they were very easy to approach with a query or concern.

This was the part of the hotel the guests most enjoyed. Not only could they survey the Atlantic Ocean from on high, but the pool is also up on the roof, and it seems that many guests spent the bulk of their holiday up there.

Most guests leaving comments did not really much like the entertainment program offered at the hotel. It was often younger guests who felt that it catered a bit too much for the 60+ travellers, but there seemed to be some complaints from travellers of all ages.

A number of guests reported very frustrating experiences with the hotel's Wi-Fi. The main complaint seemed to be that it was simply too slow for modern usage, but some also found that they couldn't get a signal at all in certain parts of the hotel.
