You really can't fault the customer service from the staff here, they go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to looking after you. Any request you have will be dealt with quickly and politely, so just ask away.
This place is really suffering from neglect and it doesn't help that proper cleaning is not carried out each day. Some of the rooms have a musty smell and there is even mould growing in some of the ensuite bathrooms.
Don't bother with the breakfast here, it's bland and the ingredients used are poor quality. Your best bet is to head out each morning and grab your morning meal from one of the great restaurants nearby.
This hotel is far from the cheapest place to stay in Kuta, however the standard of accommodation here simply does not live up to expectations. There are lots of better options nearby that might even cost less.
