The pool area is stunning! There are enough comfy chairs for guests, great music, the pool water is the idea temperature, and there are various extras like balls and other goodies that make poolside lounging and swimming fun. In addition, the hotel décor is relaxing with plenty of impressive art and comfy furnishings. They even offer free sunscreen!

The hotel is littered with fees. You are expected to pay a fee even if you are not using certain facilities. Extras like massage can be quite expensive as well.

Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned everyday. For example, you may find the housecleaning staff entering your room in the dead of early afternoon which seems a bit awkward and pushy. The most you can expect is a bit of vacuuming
