For many guests, the undisputed highlight of this hotel is the location. Guests have loved being so close to the beach and also note that there are excellent shopping and dining opportunities in the immediate area. The driving distance to downtown Miami is also found to be reasonable.

The rooms here are found to be of a good overall standard, with guests often describing the rooms as clean and bright. Guests have been pleased with the selection of amenities provided in the rooms, finding these of a good standard and well maintained.

Guests have enjoyed the selection of facilities available at this South Beach hotel. In particular, guests have enjoyed the outdoor pool and the rooftop terrace (which offers great views of the surrounding area). The breakfast is another amenity that consistently attracts positive feedback.

Guests have found the lack of an airport shuttle at this hotel rather frustrating. If you are arriving on a flight, you’ll need to leave extra room in your budget for a taxi from the airport. The 30-minute drive means this isn’t particularly cheap.

While guests have enjoyed the breakfast here, some are disappointed by the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery. Not only is this deemed less than environmentally friendly, guests have simply expected proper plates and utensils given that the room rates here aren’t particularly low.

Guests haven’t been all that impressed by the extra cost for valet parking. There’s no self-option available at the hotel itself although guests have found public facilities in the area (these do come at an extra cost too and are less convenient than being able to park on-site).
