International Hotel & Suites (Palm Desert, USA)

Guests frequently commented on the rooms of the hotel to be spacious with well equipped and well stocked kitchen.

Some of the guests reported that they completely loved having a balcony or patio attached to their respective rooms. Basically, the ground floor rooms of the hotel have large patios and upper floor rooms have balconies.

Lot of guests reported that they had a wonderful time shopping and eating at the restaurants on El Paseo at a walking distance from the hotel.

Guests reported that they found this hotel to be way over priced for the kind of facilities it provided. They added that there are much better options/nicer hotels in the surrounding area on much lesser prices.

Some of the guests have commented on the dirty and unhygienic condition of the hotel. They mentioned that it was stinking due to the lack of cleanliness even the bathrooms were very messy and poorly maintained. Pathetic experience

Few guests had a disastrous experience by booking a room at this hotel as they reported that they got late on the way to reach the hotel and informed the person at the front desk well in advance about their late arrival in the night. Guests were told that the office would get closed by 10 pm but they will still be allowed to check-in as there will be someone to attend them. Eventually on arrival at 12 am, guests found nobody at the hotel/front desk to let them in and they had to book some other hotel in the midnight. Moreover, when the guests asked for a refund the following day, hotel refused saying “the room had been held for them".
