The staff are courteous and attentive and seek to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Many of the service staff speak English and go out of their way to provide a quick and friendly service. An airport shuttle is provided which is also quick and reliable. Many guests recommended on-site dining, particularly the breakfast buffet which offers a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes to choose from.
The rooms are well presented and offer modern designs combined with elegant Japanese influences. Guests commented that the rooms are clean, decently sized by Japanese standards, and furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also modern and of a comfortable size.
The hotel is well placed to access shopping in the Roppongi and Ayoyama districts that can be accessed by foot or public transport. There are a choice of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well a a supermarket which offers western food. There are two metro stations less than ten minutes' walk away which gives easy access to other parts of the city.
Some guests reported that their rooms smelled of cigarette smoke even thought they had requested a non-smoking room. Others also found that some of the common areas in the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke.
The hotel charges a daily entrance fee to use the swimming pool which some guests were surprised by and also found to be expensive.
