Four Points by Sheraton San Jose-Silicon Valley is a 100% non-smoking property which is great for those who don't imbibe and prefer that their room smell fresh and not like acrid, second-hand smoke.

A warm, helpful and dedicated staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and they can point you in the direction of places to eat and the most popular local attractions.

This hotel is convenient to Silicon Valley as well as downtown San Jose. Because it's just fifteen minutes' drive from the San Jose International Airport and right off US-101, this property is easily accessible. You are also close to many family-friendly attractions and amusement parks as well as great shopping, dining and entertainment venues.

Other than service animals, Four Points by Sheraton San Jose-Silicon Valley does not accept pets which is unfortunate for those who like to travel with their favorite four-legged friends.

Things can get noisy'

If you are hoping for a good night's sleep, be sure to book a room at the rear of the property. Noise from US-101, which runs right in front of this hotel, could very well keep you up way past your bedtime.

Housekeeping is hit or miss

Sometimes the housekeeping here is OK but sometimes it really misses the mark. Carpeting that needs better vacuuming, trash left behind and hairs left in places they shouldn't be can detract from your stay.
