The hosts of this Killarney inn are extremely helpful and efficient. They do a great job getting to know you without being intrusive. They possess great knowledge about the local and surrounding areas, and love to give highlights on what to see and do, as well as restaurant recommendations.

Situated just a short walk from Killarney city centre, you'll find access to plenty of shopping and dining options. This hotel is in a central location for exploring great attractions like the Ring of Kerry, the nearby National Park, and the Dingle Peninsula, which is less than a two hour ride. You're also within walking distance to Ross Castle, and a bit longer walk to Muckross and Killarney National Forest.

Guests enjoy the daily hot breakfast, which includes a nice variety of options including homemade brown breads and jam. Items are made-to-order and include pancakes, cereals, fruit, and juices. They are able to cater to gluten-free needs as well.

Wi-Fi is complimentary, but guests say it works sporadically in the rooms. In some rooms it works just fine, while in others guests can't get it to work at all. If you desperately need reliable Wi-Fi, you may want to see about requesting a room with better service.

This hotel is in need of some minor touch-ups and a little more TLC. Guests say the decor is a bit tired, and carpets could be replaced as they seem rather threadbare.

Be aware that you have to take many stairs to get to the attic room at the top of the house. If you or someone in your party have mobility issues, you'll want to request a different room that's easier to get to.
