The hotel is located close to bus and metro stops/stations, the old gold and spice souks (markets) and several restaurants just a few minutes away both by foot and by car.

You have the chance to start off your day well with either the buffet or room service for breakfast, free of charge for all guests. The nearby restaurants are also open for breakfast and offer some variety in choice.

West Hotel is probably best suited to single or perhaps business travellers staying for a short while. Given its basic facilities, comfortable rooms and convenient location, the rates offered are good value for money.

Guests with cars will not be able to park their vehicles on site ad instead will have to use the nearby parking lots where an extra charge applies per hour.

The hotel bar, situated on the first floor, is sometimes open late which means on some nights music and people can be heard from the rooms on the same floor as well as the rooms above the bar. Many guests have also complained of poor soundproofing in rooms and being able to hear voices from the hallways and adjacent rooms.

There have been a number of complaints about low cleaning standards in the rooms- sometimes even on arrival- as well as there not being housekeeping services eg. Towel and bed linen changes every day.
