The staff here has been found to be friendly and attentive, always ready to help the guests in any way and to be of assistance. The reception staff have been found to be really cooperative when guests required some flexibility regarding checking in and out.
This location has been found to be excellent from the point of view of many of the people who have stayed in the property. The hotel is very close to the beach and many other places of interest. This is probably one of the most attractive features here.
There are some problems attached to the Internet connectivity here. Guests either could not connect at all to the free Wi-Fi (which was free if a guest liked the hotel on Facebook), or had to bear with poor speeds. Signals in the rooms were weak. It was not open and involved a login process. Higher speed Wi-Fi was available for a charge.
Although there is no noise from other rooms, there has been some noise recently from construction sites nearby and also from traffic outside.
Considering the tired state of the property, poor condition of amenities, need of a paint job, and lack of a restaurant, guests found this hotel to be overpriced and not offering good value for money spent.
