Guests commented that some of the furnishing and decor are dated, worn and in some cases damaged. The bathrooms in particular where reportedly outdated and in need of renovating. In the loft apartments only downstairs air conditioning is provided and the upstairs can become very hot and stuffy. For such reasons guests felt that the accommodations offered poor value for money.
