The house/edifice is older, so you will run into rickety stairs and problems with hot water that takes forever to heat up. Don't be surprised to find yourself sleeping in a noisy bed. It seems that the bed frame creaks each time you move, even if you only lift your head. If you are a light sleeper, this nuance can get quite annoying.

The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. For example, if you go outside on the porch there's no signal. In fact, it doesn't even reach to the back of the unit. Mind you, the Internet cost extra, so you should at least be able to use it! There's a probability that the porch section of the unit is not properly furnished either. One chair does not suffice for a unit designed for several or more people.
