The Villas Sacbe resort has three onsite restaurants for guests to choose from. The Nuestra Senora del Carmen Catholic Church and Quinta Alegria are easy walking distance from the property. Pier Navega and the Central Square are also close by.

The accommodation is comfortable, clean and well maintained by a daily maid service according to a great many guests. Amenities such as free Wi-Fi, the refreshing pools, well equipped kitchens and well appointed bathrooms received appreciative comments.
The condos are centrally located with the clubs of 10th avenue being easily accessible. There are many eateries and shopping options close by as well. Guests have complimentary access to the beach club facilities just a block from the condos.
The people looking after the properties are friendly and helpful. Problems are quickly attended to and sorted out. Guests said that the rooms were well maintained. The staff was happy to accommodate guests requiring late or early checkout and were happy to store baggage if required.
The proximity of the condos to several of the area's night spots meant that many guests were disturbed by the loud thumping music till the early morning hours. Some rooms are more exposed to this than others. White sound machines are provided by the management to counter this problem.
Condos are variable in terms of the interiors, décor and facilities available. Some of the condos are less attractive than others and had dated furniture and were missing amenities such as a TV in the living area.
The beach club is a downside for many guests. The narrow beach has rotting seaweed and there are lots of boats in the water, which prevented guests from enjoying a swim.
