In middle of Carinthia´s Nationalpark Hohe Tauern you find the Villa Talheim. Just a minute away from the center of Mallnitz there are 4 cosy and spacious appartements in a romantic villa. All appartements are equipped with full kitchens. Groups are welcome to rent the whole villa. A beautiful, grand garden invites for relaxing or barbecue. Be enchanted from the view of the Hohen Tauern. Children are hartly welcome and there is a big trampolin and lots of place to play. In the summer you can expect countless hikingtrails for every condition. An unforgettable highlight is the Tauernhöhenweg. Since I hike a lot, I´d love to support you with advice and maps. With the award as " Alpine Pearls Host" my guests can use among other things the hiking bus and a guided tour for free. With the Ankogel Skiing Area you find in Mallnitz an excellent and due to its altitude snowsafe Alpin and Freeridearea. Free skibus just a minute away from the Villa.
