The location of the hotel is nestled in the city close to markets and other cultural hotspots around Croatia. Many who stay at this hotel love how close it is, in particular, to Lapad Beach.

The apartments are always very clean. Many guests that have stayed for weeks there all agree that the grounds and rooms are always very tidy, and the rooms were cleaned every day, as well as fresh towels offered. The front desk is manned 24/7. The kitchenette is very well stocked and has everything you might need for a family of four.

Not everyone that works there speaks English, but the people that work at the desk do, and are very willing to answer questions. Guests love the fact that they can ask questions about things they've seen while out sightseeing, and love gaining the insider knowledge that the staff offer.

More than a few guests have reported that when booking the apartment spaces there is no distinction between suite models so you do not know what you are paying for until you actually arrive. You may end up in a spacious suite, or a tiny cramped economy room, despite what you reserved.

The hotel and apartments do not have an elevator or lift so handicapped people, or those with small children, are restricted to the bottom floors. This may make finding a room more difficult. Be certain to ask for a bottom floor room if you don't want to climb several flights of stairs with luggage.

The noise from outside, as well as the noise from other guests will not make this a quiet or relaxing stay. This is because the hotel is central to the downtown area.
