Hotel Travelers Inn (Flagstaff, USA)

This establishment attracted virtually no positive comments, with the exception that its location is convenient for Flagstaff, quite close to down town and with two grocer stores nearby.

The Wi-Fi connection was found to be satisfactory.

The only other positive impression of the Travelers Inn Flagstaff was that some guests found the manager and staff to be friendly.

This motel is in a noisy location with large trains passing constantly nearby, and sounding warning horns. There are also heavy trucks on the adjacent main road. Guests did not feel safe or peaceful in this location.

Guests were not pleased with rooms that were not clean, bedding in poor condition and marked from previous use. The rooms were complained of as smelling, and the shower was part of sleeping area with no door for privacy, similarly the toilet and washbasin area had no privacy.

Guests felt that this establishment does not offer value for money, and lacks basic cleaning. The sink in one room was pulling away from the wall, a refrigerator was faulty, towels and sheets were threadbare, and in some cases dirty. The walls are thin, and guests found slugs on the walls and in the bathroom. A notice posted prominently in the public area stating that there are no refunds available says it all. Guests who complained at the manager's office the next day were pleased to be transferred to a sister establishment.
