The rooms are spacious and nicely laid out with a separate seating area, desk space and TV that has plenty of channels to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and facilities for preparing your own meals. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are also decently sized and features a bathtub. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were clean and well presented.
Guests commented that both the staff at reception and the housekeeping team were friendly and attentive. Guests were made to feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.
A few issue were reported which affected guests' level of comfort. Some guests found the mattresses to be too soft for their taste and the pillows to be uncomfortable which lead to a poor nights' sleep.
