The location of the hotel is ideal if the guests are planning to travel to Amalfi Coast and Naples. It is a two minutes' walk to the shopping streets. Piazzo Tasso and Marina Grande are fifteen minutes' walk from the hotel. Guests were saved from the paying exorbitant taxi fares and had lots of activities to do around the hotel which kept them occupied through the day.
Guests loved the wide variety for breakfast that included cereals, toast, croissant, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, beans, cold meat, cheese and jams. They loved the machine for orange and pineapple juice. Evening meals were also well prepared. Alcoholic drinks were also available at very reasonable prices.
Rooms were kept immaculately clean. Linen and towels were changed every day. Guests could even borrow a pool towel free of charge. Air conditioner was in good working condition. Bathrooms were in a good condition.
Many guests were disappointed when they got to know that there was no onsite parking in the hotel. They felt that having a parking area would have saved them from a lot of unnecessary hassle of looking for a parking space outside the hotel.
Guests who were staying in the front facing rooms were disturbed by a lot of noise from beeping of horns on the road. Since the hotel was close to a hospital the sound of the ambulance siren was also very loud and irritating.
The elevator was way too small and many guests felt claustrophobic inside it and preferred taking the stairs. The stairs were very tiring especially for the elderly and young kids.
