They were very helpful, cordial, and have performed over the top assistance to guests especially with their special room requests particularly for elderly individuals. In addition, they have consistently put the needs of the guests first above anything else.
The clean and freshly prepared bedding, sheets, and pillows were admired by previous guests. The overall soft and comfortable texture of the beds and pillow provided at the rooms allowed the guests to relax and have a pleasant stay.
The complimentary breakfast offered was more than enough to satisfy the needs of the guests. The food which includes eggs, toasts, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, coffee and juices were of good quality and was quite similar to other high rating hotels.
Aside from the loud noise coming from the neighbouring rooms, guests also had issues with the continuous noise coming from both the freeway and railway. The road was quite noisy especially during the night so most guests had difficulty sleeping. The use of earplugs is advised.
The inconsistent temperature of the water especially during the morning was one of the common issue raised by guests. The water was sometimes too hot which almost burned some of the guests. Thus, they suggested that the temperature regulator should be fixed for it can be quite dangerous.
Many guests were uncomfortable with the small size of the rooms. The space was not sufficient for families with young children, or large groups of guests so most of them had difficulty moving around the area due to the restricted or confined room space.
