Guests praised the customer service at this motel, particularly the service offered by the reception desk staff. The reception staff dealt with guest requests very quickly and efficiently, they were very friendly and they would go out of their way to ensure that the guests were comfortable.

Reviewers indicated that they chose this motel based on its location as it was off a main road which offered easy access into Saskatoon. The motel is situated right next to a restaurant and a bar and there are stores within walking distance of the property.

Reviewers have reported that they were not completely satisfied with the cleaning standards at this motel. The main issues reported were stained carpets, mould growing in the shower stalls and dusty furniture. Additionally, some reviewers found their rooms to smell of stale cigarette smoke.

Guests reported that the soundproofing of the walls and windows is very poor. The sounds of other guests in neighbouring rooms, in the corridors and those chatting outside the building travels through into the guest rooms.

There are no safety deposit boxes or security personnel at this motel. Reviewers reported that they did not feel that their belongings were safe in their rooms and that they themselves did not feel safe outside as homeless people loiter around in the alleyways around the property.
