The beds are extremely comfortable with special mattresses designed to provide a good night's sleep. The showers are a great quality and are spacious enough to allow comfortable movement within them.

The staff working in this hotel are wonderful. They are polite and professional and extremely helpful. They are more than happy to answer any questions or to advise on where to eat and directions on how to get to the city's attractions and sights.

The location of this hotel is one of its main benefits. Guests can walk to a number of the city's attractions on foot in just a few minutes. Those attending events in the Convention Center will find it's just a convenient three-minute walk away. There are a number of fine restaurants in the neighboring streets along with a grocery store.

The walls are too thin and allow sounds and noises from adjoining rooms to penetrate. Rooms near to the elevator shafts may suffer the most from noise pollution from groups of people who gather while waiting for the elevator.

There is parking spaces allocated for hotel guests. However, this is valet parking and is charged at a daily rate. Guests who wish to avail of a more cost effective parking may end up parking some distance from the hotel. Likewise, guests not availing of the valet parking may find they are barred from unloading their luggage at the hotel's main entrance.

While the hotel clearly states that there is no onsite swimming pool, for those with children, or who enjoy a daily swim, the lack of pool here may prove a drawback.
