One of the main gripes about the property was the used room service trays, plates, and other dirty utensils that lined the hallways. This is inexcusable at best, not to mention unsightly and unsanitary. Do not hesitate to call for a staff to have these issues fixed if you witness them.
The pool was actually nice, but it needed a good scrubbing. If you hate seeing settled dirt in the crevices, and further hate the fact that some of the tiles were missing, then this is a bad news for you. However, you can try to enjoy other amenities on-site, or simply go to a nearby tourist attraction to enjoy.
