If you are planning a visit to Yorktown, then this is the ideal base for your trip. The shopping mall is right next door, and if you're in town on business, then you'll be glad to know that this hotel is located in the business district. A great location for a reasonable price.

To find free on-site parking in the middle of the business district is a rare find indeed. Many of the guests are very surprised that this is included in the room rate as quite often there is a surcharge involved.

Some guests have noted that if you have an issue it will be dealt with but it may take some time for this to occur. This is not ideal especially if it is late at night, and you want to sleep.

This hotel is clean and has everything you need in the room, but most guests feel that it is just a good place for a single night if in town on business. There is no special holiday feeling about the place leading many to think of it as a business hotel only.

Some guests find the hotel layout a bit confusing as they had to walk for quite a bit before finding the reception area. Maybe some better signage or a relocation to a better area for the front desk is the solution.
