About The Sands Townhouses
The large two bedroom Sands townhouse condominiums are equipped with a full kitchen some units with ovens a microwave coffee maker toaster and place settings for 6 people. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a television in the master bedroom and living room. There is one bathroom with a shower only no bathroom on the first floor. Guest must contact property directly for check in instructions.These two story townhouses are located across the street from the ocean. The Sands is also adjacent to the Amtrak passenger line which stops seasonally in Old Orchard Beach. There are no pool privileges at the Edgewater and property parking is limited to one vehicle per unit and there is no daily housekeeping. Also this is a pet free and smoke free property.
