Absolutely fabulous

The service and amenities at this Aspen resort complex are absolutely fabulous. Abutting Aspen Mountain, guests truly loved the ski-in/ski-out access offered by this property, which made getting to the slopes a snap. For après ski activities, the happy hour here is top-rated, as is the rooftop pool and garden area, which features beautiful views of Aspen and surrounds. The bike rental facilities here were also very much appreciated, a thoughtful touch that provided something different for those who were looking for a break from the slopes.

Luxury comprehensive shuttle service

Rounding out its excellent array of guest amenities, this property offers a comprehensive shuttle service. Guests absolutely loved the luxury of being chauffeured to and fro around Aspen in one of the property’s fleet of Escalades. For many, it added a rock star element of service that really enhanced the all-around guest experience.

The staff complete the truly excellent experience here. If the reviews of past guests are anything to go by, every single member of this resort’s team is outstanding. This is a luxury resort with rates to match, but with staff so fab, no one seemed to mind paying top dollar. While they are accommodating and helpful, staff here also delightfully chilled-out and, on the whole, display excellent senses of humor, attributes that have truly endeared them to their guests. Yes, the prices here may be steep, but the all-around experience matches the price tag.  At present, this hotel seems to be experiencing a lengthy run of absolutely flawless stays.
