The spacious room with a whirlpool bathtub was a surprise to most guests. It was comfortable with lots of spaces to move around. Also, the Jacuzzi with strong water pressure was a reward for guests, as it was a nice place to wind down after a tiring walk around Pattaya.
Most of the negative reviews are focused on the irregular supply of hot water in the hotel. Their water supply is supported by solar heater that is why unless it's a sunny day, guests will not get hot water.
This hotel is right next to a really loud bar that has live music every night until three in the morning. The noise is too loud guests said they cannot sleep all night. Moreover, the rooms are not soundproofed so there's no chance to minimizer the noise coming from outside.
