Good Location.

The hotel is very well-placed with close proximity to the beach and other tourist spots. There are many good restaurants and bars nearby, where guests may explore different cuisines.

LK Metropole provides high-speed wireless Internet access across all the rooms and in nearby public areas. It has a well-equipped fitness centre with all the modern facilities. Both the facilities prove to be a boon for all the globetrotters who are always on the move, stay connected and remain fit.

Friendly and Approachable Staff.

With cordial and helpful staff around, guest felt completely at ease with all the little help or information needed. Some guests particularly loved the easy upgradation of the rooms without any hassle. Excellent guest-service is one of the major good points of this hotel which many guests mentioned.

Decor Needs a Little Update.

Most of the guests had an enjoyable and good experience at LK Metropole but some of them felt the décor to be tired and out of date and in need of a renovation.

Some Minor Issues but Overall Good Experience.

Some guests felt that the rooms are clean and quite large but the furniture needs repair as it appears to be worn out. Other minor issues include no restaurant after 2 pm, leaking taps and loose power fitting in bathroom, ants in some room, etc.
