The staff members at the reception area were a bunch of great communicators! They provided excellent service by being friendly all the time, providing information about the area and the motel, and answering to all questions and requests of the occupants.

A lot of guests commented that the pillowcases were dirty! Many of them even had to call the front desk to ask for a fresh new set of pillowcase. They have complained that they were stained with various dirt.
