The property is just a short walk from the beach and other attractions in Coffs Harbour. In addition, it is within a three-minute walk to more or less 15 restaurants so guests never ran out of choices. The Jetty Market is also in close proximity while shopping centres are a short drive away.
The large apartments with sea views were loved by many guests. Each accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It also had a great layout with a balcony showing a stunning view of the sea. Binoculars were even provided so guests could really enjoy watching the whales leaping and boats coming in and out of the harbour.
Guests were pleased by the greeting of the enthusiastic staff of this place. For them, this was a nice way to begin their stay. Staff and the manager were very friendly and accommodating, so they made the guests feel welcomed.
Most guests complained about the noisy trains that were passing through the railway station located near the property. The apartments' walls were not well soundproofed so guests were badly affected by the disturbing train noise especially at night when everyone was asleep.
There was no lift on-site so guests were pretty much exhausted from using the four tall flights of stairs. Although the staffs were kind enough to offer help in carrying the guests' luggage, they still find it quite challenging to walk up and down the stairs when going out.
Guests reported that the beds were already dated and needed replacement. The mattress was extremely hard while the blankets had stains.
