Guests consistently discussed how the staff members were extremely friendly and ready to help with whatever was required. All guests had to do was ask and the employees would do anything they could to assist, and always with good attitudes.

There were numerous comments about how the food here is above average as far as taste, and that the portions were plentiful. Guests were also impressed  with how the staff was very well prepared to cater to different dietary requirements and did so without ever acting like it was a hassle.

Guests often said how they slept extremely well, mostly because of the high-quality mattresses. Even if you characteristically have trouble drifting off when you are away from home, that may not be the case when you're at this property.

From time to time, guests mentioned that the décor could do with a bit of freshening up. However, this was usually just a minor thing they noticed, especially since the rooms were in good condition, albeit old fashioned.

Some guests found it mildly inconvenient that the rooms have handheld showers rather than fixed shower heads. Mostly though, that was just a matter of preference and not a huge problem that made guests upset they had decided to stay here.

There were frequently problems that occurred when guests tried to use the Wi-Fi. Some just found the speed very slow and others said they were not able to connect from their rooms at all. Because Internet usage was not a priority in most cases, guests usually accepted this shortcoming without too much complaining.
