Guests were extremely satisfied with their total experience while staying here! They were pleasantly surprised on the modern clean room, soft cosy bed, relaxing pool, and friendly staff. Moreover, the price was really good for the room and service that was given!
The staff assigned at the front desk gave everything the guests needed from booking tours to general questions about the location and places to eat. They even estimated taxi prices for the guests and would suggest to bargain. The receptionists were polite and helpful to say the least.
According to many guests, this resort had the best housekeeping service. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis and they schedule it when guests head out for the day. Guests were pleased to find their clothes nicely folded, bags arranged, toiletries in order and every corner of the room cleaned.
The location of this property is far from the main street and the beach and is not easy to find. Guests have to use rented motorbikes to get to the beach and street. If not, they have to walk for about 30 minutes which is tiring and time consuming.
Most negative comments came from guests who complained about the lack of closet inside the rooms. Although they provided a luggage rack, guests still preferred to keep their clothes inside a closet. They felt uncomfortable with all their clothes spreading all over the room.
Guests were disappointed that the reception area was not open 24 hours a day. Those who arrived later than 10:30 in the evening would be welcomed by a closed reception. They had to call or wait for someone to assist them.
