Mariner Motor Lodge is in a good location. It is close to many different attractions and restaurants and lots of things are within easy walking distance. It's good for accessing the beach as well. Despite its hand position, it is still pretty quiet at night.
There's plenty at the hotel to keep you entertained. The inside and outdoor pools are great, especially for the kids, with an accompanying seating area. The small mini golf course is fun as well.
The staff at this hotel are very nice. They are really helpful and will go out of their way to deal with any problems or enquiries you might have. They'll do their best to make sure you are having as good a stay as is possible.
Mariner Motor Lodge is showing real signs of age. The décor feels incredibly tired and the furnishings need replacing. Many of the beds are squeaky and uncomfortable and the carpets are worn and feel quite dirty. There is also something of a musty smell in the air a lot of the time. Some fairly hefty refurbishment is needed to bring this place back to what it once was.
This hotel doesn't offer any form of breakfast, so you will need to head out to find a nearby eatery.
The Wi-Fi here ranges from being decidedly average to completely unusable. You may not be able to access it at all in your room and even if you can, you will find the service to be sluggish and completely unstable. Spending any amount of time online can be a really frustrating experience.
