Bayside Resort Hotel (West Yarmouth, USA)

Many of the guests who stayed here with young children were pleased to find a wide variety of on-site leisure activities that kept their little ones occupied. The two pools proved very popular and many also enjoyed having access to the games room. The fire pit was also a cozy spot where families could gather and toast some marshmallows.

The front-desk staff have been described as being very friendly and professional. Upon arrival, guests were made to feel welcome and were provided with useful information with regards to the resort. Guests also appreciated getting tips from the staff about where to eat and also what attractions to visit in the local area.

Guests found plenty of things to do at the hotel and were very complimentary about the on-site facilities. Many enjoyed the two swimming pools which were described as being clean and spacious whilst the tiki bar also proved popular as well as the on-site gym.

Some of the guests found the breakfasts rather lacking as they objected to the limited types of food on offer. The hotel only provides a cold buffet whereas many said that they would prefer having hot dishes.

Those whose rooms were overlooking the pool and the fire pit said that these areas were often very busy and that they found the levels of noise quite intrusive. If you are a light sleeper and plan on having early evenings then it's advisable to let staff know prior to booking.

Guests who wanted to access the Internet from their rooms said that the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and that the connection kept breaking meaning that many had to connect several times.
