Many appreciated having the local restaurants, bars and cafes on their doorstep which meant that they could leave their cars in the parking lot. Although the inn is centrally located it is in a quiet suburban area and guests said that they did not experience any late-night noise disturbances.
The rooms have been described as being uniquely decorated with mosaic tiles in the bathrooms and hand-crafted pieces of furniture in the bedrooms. Guests appreciated having all the necessary amenities in their rooms including fully-stocked mini fridges and a wide selection of branded toiletries.
All the members of staff were described as friendly and courteous displaying a high level of professionalism. Guests said that they were treated very well and made to feel welcome and at ease for the duration of their stay. Many appreciated being given helpful information about the local area including dining recommendations.
Guests who stayed in the rooms on the lower floors said that they were often disturbed by the foot-steps from the occupants in the suites above them. Some resorted to wearing ear-plugs in order to get a good night's sleep.
There is no lift on the premises and guests whose rooms were located on the second floor said that they found it quite tiring having to climb the stairs several times a day. If you have any mobility issues it's advisable to let staff know prior to booking.
Some of the guests said the Oriental-style furniture and upholstery were a little bit over the top and too fussy for their taste.
