Hotel Inn of the Governors (Santa Fe, USA)

The inn is centrally located meaning that it's just a short walk away from many of the local attractions and landmarks. Guests were pleased to find that they were a few blocks away from The Plaza with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. If you like the idea of not having to drive whilst on holiday then you will undoubtedly appreciate this hotel's location.

The staff have been described as being friendly and approachable with many guests mentioning that they felt welcome and at ease for the duration of their stay. The hotel offers complimentary sherry and tea every evening which proved very popular with guests who said it was an ideal opportunity to relax and socialize with others.

Guests who dined at the on-site restaurant said that the food was tasty, wholesome and made using quality ingredients. The breakfasts were also highly praised by many who appreciated the wide range of items on offer including both hot and cold dishes and lots of healthy options such as fresh fruit and yogurts.

Guests whose rooms were overlooking the street objected to hearing traffic noise which prevented them from getting a good night's sleep. Those who were allocated rooms above the bar also said that they were disturbed by late night noise.

The bathrooms have been described as being quite small and cramped with guests stating that they had very little space to move around and to stow away their toiletries.

Although the hotel offers free on-site parking, some guests said that the spaces were rather tight which caused difficulties for those with larger vehicles.
