The Holcombe is a four and a half star Inn with luxury roll top baths and designer furnishings. There are eight individually styled guests rooms, each one is tailored around a contemporary theme with high quality furniture and fabrics. All have spacious well equipped bathrooms, TV/DVD and beautiful views across the Mendip hills. The Inn has a full bar and restaurant with open fires and fine whiskeys to choose from. Parking and Wi-Fi are both free and guests can enjoy a drink in the outside area. The restaurant serves traditional favourites catering for all ages. Those wanting to go further afield can try Mala Indian restaurant or the Duke of Cumberland near the riverside. Somerset is a fabulous area with its rolling hills and endless countryside. There is an array of things to do such as try the Roman baths, Wookey hole caves or go walking in Exmoor National Park.
All of the bathrooms are luxurious either having roll top double ended bath tubs or wet rooms. Previous guests have said they're romantic especially the double ended bathtub making it an ideal place to stay for a weekend retreat.
The food is highly recommended in many reviews. The chef cooks traditional food you would find in a pub but its made with top quality local produce. Those who have stayed or just been to the restaurant have all been very happy with their choice.
