The on-site restaurant offered excellent value for money according to almost all visitors. The dishes were top class, well-presented, and absolutely delicious. The cherry on top is the restaurant is so well priced that you may just keep on returning to try out something different each night.
You just have to hop on the free shuttle that will take you to the Sanur shopping centre any time of the day. Guests enjoyed this convenient service, otherwise you would have had to walk along the main road to get there. For a small fee you can get the shuttle to the airport too.
Your first impression of this lovely hotel is the friendly staff who will ensure your check-in is effortless and your room is ready. Guests found the accommodation spotlessly clean, tidy and modern. Those visitors who did the dust test said it passed with flying colours.
Every time your phone or lap-top locks you have to log in again, and this in itself frustrated almost all travellers. The password is also long and complicated, and is provided through a third party. Once you eventually get logged on, chances are the signal is lost and you have to start all over again.
It's not convenient to walk anywhere from the front doors of the hotel. You will find yourself on a main road, and even if you want to get to the beach which is a stone's throw away, you should opt to take the free shuttle rather than walk along the busy roads.
If you are English speaking, you may want to try and brush up on your language skills. Many visitors found communing with the staff to be quite difficult as not many of them were fluent in English. You may well pick up on a couple of Indonesian words during your stay.
