The staff is a friendly group. You will be greeted by plenty of smiles, hospitality, and quality customer service. Visitors are not a hindrance to this genial group.

The breakfast is more than satisfactory. It's certainly value for money. Pancakes, eggs, Balinese favourites, pastries and more are served. The omelettes are superb!

A lush tropical garden situated around three beautiful pools offers privacy and tranquillity. The grounds are immense. For example, in order to get to reception, you go down a long private road off the main road and the bungalows are far back leading you to a serene environment. The resort is kept very clean as well. If you are lucky, your balcony will offer a targeted view overlooking the garden and pools. The resort location is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a host of other attractions. There is also a Hardy's supermarket offering western products nearby.

Though it is lovely, the resort is starting to show its age. The bathrooms could use updating and the towels are grey instead of white. Pillows feel worn and the entire place has an old-fashion tired feel about it. It's aged and basic.

Take care around the bathroom area. The shiny tiles become extremely wet and slippery after showering. You might also find broken floor tiles.

The Wi-Fi is not dependable inside the rooms. You will have to go to the reception area if you want a strong connection, which is hardly ideal.
