Rooms at the Crescent are found to be in a clean and comfortable condition. Guests tend to find the selection of provided amenities provides all the essentials during their stay and that the Wi-Fi works well. Those guests who had a view of Swansea Bay were particularly impressed.
Previous guests have enjoyed the breakfast here, commenting that the dining area is pleasant and the food is well cooked. Guests appreciate being able to help themselves to cold items as well as having the opportunity to enjoy a freshly cooked hot meal.
Andy and Dena, owners and hosts at the Crescent, are found to offer a warm welcome and an attentive yet unobtrusive service. Any requests for extra items seem to be handled promptly and guests mention that the couple is happy to chat and offer local area info.
The majority of feedback for the Crescent is favourable and there doesn't appear to be any areas of major concern here. Less than positive reviews are rare but one or two guests have mentioned that they weren't let into the property immediately and another was displeased by not being allowed to eat takeaway food in their room (guests are asked to use the dining room).
