Rooms are reportedly clean and beds are comfortable and the little extras add the finishing touches. The refreshment trays in every room are well-stocked with everything you would expect, from teas, coffees and hot chocolates to complimentary biscuits.

There is no lift at The White House and it seems that the rooms do not have bathrooms large enough for disabled access. There is little to suggest concerning the bathroom issue but, if stairs are a struggle, perhaps request a room on a lower floor.
