Spacious Modern Hotel

The hotel is huge and has a smart décor from outside to inside. The lobby, lawns, hallways are all beautifully constructed and well laid out. The rooms are extremely spacious and have a very modern look.

Great Facilities

Cabbana Jalandhar has a lot of facilities and activity centres to take care of all types of guests. Spa, outdoor pool, sports facilities, business centre along with the restaurant and lounge are all great and liked by the guests.

Most of the guests have positive things to say about hotel's in-house restaurant. Food quality and hygiene have both been of the highest order and a vast array of dishes is available to satisfy your dining needs.

Untrained Staff

A lot of guests have complained about the staff behaviour at the hotel which falls well short of the standards expected of a 5 star property. The front desk staff is cold and slightly untrained in how to handle customer or any room problems.

Some of the guests have found unclean shower curtains and stains on other parts of the rooms. The cleanliness standards need to be higher as per most of the recommendations. The decorations and some other amenities are of poor quality and breaking down.
